Turn camera-roll photos into retail orders.
Let customers buy prints and photo products using images already on their phones. Highgrove builds and adapts retailer-branded mobile ordering, connecting your assortment and enabled checkout services to supported production, collection, or delivery.
Give the camera roll a route into your business.
Choose the products customers should be able to order, the editing choices they need, and where they can receive them. We tailor the mobile journey and supported service connections to those decisions.
The input arrives with the customer
Make a purchase possible when the photographs are close at hand.
After a trip or family occasion, a customer can choose photographs, select the prints or products offered, and place an order under your brand. Collection at a participating store gives that mobile purchase a physical destination and another reason to visit.
Connect the app to your retail business
Highgrove connects the application to your selected catalog, pricing, account, payment, and fulfillment services. The product range and buying steps fit your retail business, with device and operating-system support defined for the application.
- Select or share photos from a supported device flow, then review, crop, size, and set quantities.
- Load configured products, prices, shipping thresholds, and availability from the commerce platform.
- Manage cart, coupons, customer details, shipping, checkout, and the payment methods enabled for the program.
- Upload order media and hand the completed transaction to configured production and fulfillment workflows.
- Give signed-in consumers access to order history and order details where the implementation supports it.
- Select photographs and a product
- Review the design and order choices
- Complete configured checkout and image upload
- Submit the order to its supported production workflow
From checkout to uploaded images
The application must send both the order and the images needed to make it. After checkout, required uploads complete before the work is submitted for production. In the implemented experience, order history gives the customer a place to find past purchases; the retailer’s collection or delivery process completes the sale.
Plan the app as a continuing sales channel.
The scope includes how the application is maintained as products, connected services, and supported operating systems change. Agree application releases and the associated commerce, production, and support responsibilities as part of the program.
Mobile buying is a real retail channel, but a photo order has an extra requirement: the customer’s images must reach production. Design the supported selection, upload, ordering, and collection journey together.
